THE DELAY OUTPUT APPARATUS OF ELEVATOR BRAKE SYSTEM AND THE PERFORMING METHOD

PURPOSE : A delay output braking apparatus of an elevator brake system and a braking method thereof are provided to relieve the impact of quick braking by successively performing the braking of a double brake and a rope brake in a winding machine in starting with doors open or over velocity of an elevator.CONSTITUTION : A position sensor(6) for sensing a re-level zone successively stops an elevator car(1) in starting with doors open. A re-level zone(10) operates with the position sensor and generates an abnormal signal in starting with doors open of an elevator car. The position sensor is adhered to the elevator car. When the position sensor deviates from the re-level zone, a detection signal line(11) transmits the abnormal signal of the re-level zone to a control panel(9). The control panel transmits a control signal to a winding machine(2) through a winding machine brake operating signal line(13). The control panel transmits a stop signal to a rope brake(3) through a rope brake operating signal line(14) in sensing an abnormal signal.© KIPO 2009
