PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a common point management system and a common point management method, wherein there rare merits for both the issuer and user of points, and point can be easily exchanged. SOLUTION : This common point management system is provided with : at least one discrete point management server for managing the point quantity of issued discrete points for every discrete point member; a common point management server connected through a network to the discrete point management server for managing the point quantity of common points which can be exchanged with predetermined discrete points for every common point member; and at least one common point settlement server connected to the common point management server for managing settlement based on the common points of the common point member.
