PURPOSE : A green fluorescent, a method of its preparation and white LED is provided to realize light emitting diode having excellent color reproducibility and photonic by the new green emitting phosphor.CONSTITUTION : The green-emitting phosphor is displayed as the following chemical formula : ((Zn1-a-bAaBb)2GacSd : Eu^2+, Q^-), and the green-emitting phosphor is displayed as the following chemical formula : ((Zn1-a-bAaBb)2GacSd : Eu^2+, RE^3+, Q^-). A and B is a metal ion(+2) having the alkaline earth metal, a RE3+ is the rare-earth ion, Q- is the halogen ion. A and B satisfy a following condition : 0 ? KIPO 2009
