PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a small-sized and solid-state laser device for enabling stable CW mode synchronization. SOLUTION : In this solid-state laser device 10 including a channel waveguide 12 formed of a laser crystal to which ions of rare earth materials such as Nd, Yb, Er, or Pr are added and a resonator for resonating light guided into the channel waveguide 12, a semiconductor saturable absorption element 18 is abutted on the end surface of the channel waveguide 12 and joined thereto.
