PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a color changeable sheet which is constituted in a manner to be seen while changing colors into respectively different tones under various kinds of external light sources such as the sunlight, fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps, and for example, can change the atmosphere when being visually recognized into different tones for the daytime and the nighttime. SOLUTION : This color changeable sheet 1 is constituted by laminating a reflective layer 3 of which the sunshine reflection factor of the visible light region is higher on a color changeable coloring layer 2. In this case, the color changeable coloring layer 2 is formed by adding one kind or two kinds or more of the oxide of rare earth elements which are selected from holmium (Ho), neodymium (Nd) and erbium (Er) in a synthetic resin.
