PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a drying method, determining the ending timing of drying in real time in evaporating, eliminating and drying a liquid from a mixture of powder and a liquid, and preventing consumption of powder for determining such timing. SOLUTION : This drying method includes : a step (a) of placing the mixture of powder and a liquid in an atmosphere of reduced pressure; and a step (b) of releasing the reduced pressure atmosphere when the evaporation quantity of liquid reaches a predetermined value, wherein in the course of the step (a), the pressure in the atmosphere of the reduced pressure is measured with the passage of time, and the atmosphere of reduced pressure is released based on a pressure change in the atmosphere of reduced pressure. For example, the pressure in the atmosphere of reduced pressure is measured with the passage of time, and after a point P1 of inflection of a histroy curve of a pressure change appears, the atmosphere of reduced pressure is released to end drying.
