PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a light emitting element with little use amount of a rare metal at the time of configuring a light emitting layer part, to be grown at a relatively low temperature, capable of achieving high luminance light emission in a blue light region and an ultraviolet ray region. SOLUTION : The light emitting element 1 comprises a light emitting layer part having a p type clad layer 2, and active layer 33 and a n type clad layer 34 laminated in this order.
