A rendering system used in the recycling of slaughter or the preparation of corrugated cardboards is provided to improve the total heat efficiency of a rendering system remarkably. A rendering system comprises a boiler(10) forming the steam of high temperature; a steam room(20) where the steam is supplied from the boiler; a heat treatment room(30) which heats the injected object with the heat of the steam; an isolated water supply tank(40) which is arranged at the lower part of the steam room; a water supply pump which supplies the water of the isolated water supply tank into the boiler; an ejector(80) which is installed on the steam supply pipe between the boiler and the steam room; and a re-vaporization pipe(43) which is installed at the upper part of the water tank and is combined with the low pressure-side inlet of the ejector, wherein the boiler-side steam supply pipe(71a) is combined with the high pressure-side inlet of the ejector and the steam room-side steam supply pipe(71b) is combined with the outlet of the ejector.
