PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new revolutionary root stock temperature controlling device researched and developed on urgent circumstances and public demand that ground temperature gives great effect to physical and chemical control on microbial activity and soil microorganism in soil of Japanese red pine, and forest soil, and attachable to root stock in a short time to facilitate control of ground temperature in spite of having an inexpensive and simple structure and shape. SOLUTION : This root stock temperature controlling device is a netty cylindrical instrument which transmits heat to the root stock of Japanese red pine and soil of the vicinity. It becomes possible to control temperature by heating a part projecting on earth, and easily observe an increase of ground temperature and a condition of thermal insulation.
