An apparatus and a method for reproducing an eutectic salt waste having a rare-earth element and a transuranic nuclide are provided to reuse a salt with a little cost by distilling a deposit layer. An apparatus for reproducing an eutectic salt waste having a rare-earth element and a transuranic nuclide includes a reactor(110), a heater(140), an oxygen supply tube(120). The reactor of a cone shape is narrowed downward. The oxygen supply tube has a diffuser which is located on a lower part plane of the reactor. The oxygen is supplied to the reactor through the oxygen supply tube. The reactor is heated by the heater. After an oxide of a nuclide, an oxy-chloride, or an oxide and an oxy-chloride are generated within an eutectic salt waste included in the reactor, a layer separation is generated between an eutectic salt layer and a deposit layer of a free-sedimentation.
