PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To highly sensitively detect magnetic fluid administered into a body. SOLUTION : This detector 1 for detecting the magnetic fluid administered into the body consists of a magnetic sensor 4 with polarity having an N pole facing in a detecting direction, rare-earth magnets 7 disposed at 180° around the magnetic sensor 4 as a symmetry center and disposed in the same relationship with the polarity of the magnetic sensor 4, and a high-magnetic-permeability coating body 6 having a cylindrical shape with both opened bases, and storing the rare-earth magnets 7 preventing their exposition from the cylindrical ends.
