PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To form a second interlayer and a YBCO superconductive layer with excellent characteristics on a first interlayer excellent in surface smoothness on a substrate. SOLUTION : On the surface of a biaxially-oriented Ni-W alloy tape-shape substrate 1, a second interlayer 2 made of A2Zr2O7with surface smoothness formed into a film of 5 nm or less through repeated coating and calcination for several times in an MOD method, a second interlayer 3 made of a CeO2film formed by a pulse deposition method, and film-forms a YBCO superconductive layer 4 formed by the MOD method and an Ag stabilized layer 5 on the YBCO superconductive layer to manufacture the YBCO superconductor 10 having a critical current density Jc of 1 MA/cm2or more.
