PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a waste disposal system which controls the odorous affect to surrounding environment and which is inexpensive in a running cost. SOLUTION : The wastes treatment method comprises : a first step 5 of incorporating wood chips into the collected wastes, crushing the resulting material by a crusher and withdrawing the crushed wastes where concrete flake, earth and sand, and metal flake have been removed : a second step 6 of charging the crushed wastes withdrawn by the first step 5 into a silo, mixing the crushed wastes and the wood chips to which aerobic microorganisms are attached and have been charged in advance into the silo and conducting the fermentation treatment in the silo while supplying warm air; and a third step 7 of separating the crushed wastes that has been subjected to the fermentation treatment at the second step 6 from the wood chips, and withdrawing the crushed wastes as a fuel and returning the separated wood chips as the wood chip to be charged into the silo at the second step 6.
