PURPOSE : An environment-friendly coating material for anti-winding sand and desert green, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to coat the earth in wide yellow sand zone with strong coating materials.CONSTITUTION : An environment-friendly coating material for anti-winding sand and desert green comprise polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution mixed with polyvinyl alcohol 3 parts by weight, TerraCottem 1 part by weight, minute organic fertilizer 1 part by weight, peat moss 1 part by weight, and subsurface water 1 part by weight; and seeds adapting to desert or wild land.© KIPO 2009
