FIELD : metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE : invention relates to metallurgy field, particularly to method of receiving of castable alloys of the type VKNA on the basis of intermetallide Ni3Al, which can be used during the manufacturing of products, operating for long time at high temperatures in oxidising medium. Method includes initial charge melting, containing nickel, molybdenum, tungsten and cobalt if it is required. It is refined received alloy at temperature 1480-1500°C during 5-10 minutes from admixtures of carbon, oxygen and nitrogen. Successively there are introduced into the melt reactive component, in the capacity of which there are used technical chrome, titanium, aluminium, zirconium and rare-earth metals. The first it is introduced technological chrome at temperature of refinement and melt is isolated during 5-10 minutes. It is introduced titanium and melt is isolated during 5-10 minutes and then it is introduced into melt at temperature 1500 - 1550°C by portions aluminium, herewith with the first portion it is introduced zirconium, and with the last rare-earth metals, at isolation of melt after the introduction of each portion during 5-10 minutes. It is implemented teeming and melt crystallisation. According the other version chrome can be introduced as a component of initial charge.
EFFECT : hardening and high-temperature strength increasing of received alloys and consequently provision of reliability and running resource of implemented of it products.
