PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a permanent magnet, which is gentle to the earth environment with no pollution, for applying a various kinds of functions, such as high corrosion resistance and insulation, to the rare earth-based permanent magnet. SOLUTION : By using powder paint made of mineral particles and resin, a mineral minute particle dispersion film is applied to the surface of the rare earth-based permanent magnet in an electrostatic powder coating step.
