PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an eccentric rotor attached to a rotary shaft to generate vibration, which rotor is fabricated mostly from common metal of a relatively low specific gravity and yet capable of generating necessary vibration, and a rotary vibration motor equipped with the same. SOLUTION : The eccentric rotor 11 attached to a rotary shaft 43 of a rotary motor 42 to generate vibration is made capable of efficiently generating necessary vibration by eccentrically disposing a weight member 15, i.e., a source of vibration, fabricated from common metal of a relatively low specific gravity on the outermost circumference of the eccentric rotor 11 without substantially using rare metal of a high specific gravity.
