FIELD : chemistry. SUBSTANCE : aqueous suspension containing earth metal salt, powdered metal chloride and powdered transition metal oxide is made; aqueous suspension is made by dispersing in water the earth metal salt chosen from the group including barium and/or calcium and probably strontium or their combination. Water is added in powdered metal chloride, where powdered metal chloride is chosen from the group including Sn, Mg, Na, Li, Ba. Further powdered transition metal oxide is added being titanium oxide, to water; then plastic binder is added to until paste is formed; paste is dried up paste to powder; powder is heated up at raising temperature following preset temperature profile. Heated powder is baked to produce perovskite catalyst. Suspension contains mixed Ba and/or Ca and/or Sr (0.95mole) + TiO2 + metal chloride chosen from the group Sn, Mg, Na, Li, Ba in amount 0.05 mole.
