PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an exhaust gas cleaning catalyst capable of restoring a catalytic activity under broad temperature conditions, a regenerating method of the exhaust gas cleaning catalyst, and an exhaust gas cleaning catalyst system. SOLUTION : The exhaust gas cleaning catalyst includes (A-1) an oxide containing an alkaline earth metal and/or rare-earth metal and (A-2) an oxide A containing an inorganic oxide, and a noble metal B carried on the oxide A, and the weight ratio of (A-1) the oxide containing the alkaline earth metal and/or rare-earth metal to the noble metal B is 1 : 10-1 : 500.
