PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a one-piece golf ball which achieves excellent hitting touch and resilience along with higher producibility by shortening the vulcanization time. SOLUTION : The one-piece golf ball comprises a vulcanization molded product of a rubber composition which is composed of 100 pts.wt. of a base rubber containing 60-100 wt.% of polybutadiene having 95 wt.% or more of cis-1, 4-bond with the content of 1, 2-vinyl bond of 1.7% or less blended with 10-40 pts.wt. of unsaturated carboxlylic acid, 10-60 pts.wt. of metal oxide and 0.1-0.8 pt.wt. of organic peroxide. The polybutadiene is synthesized using a rare earth element based catalyst with the Moony viscosity (ML1+4(100°C)) of 40 or more. COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
