PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve an improvement of magnetic properties and a reduced cost of a rare earth bonded magnet which is made by binding magnetic materials using a binder, and also to provide a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION : SiO2 is used as a binder contained in precursor solution, which is excellent in surface wettability to magnetic materials, and magnetic materials are bound by SiO2.
