PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high temperature structural member able to resist against oxidation and corrosion under high temperature and to use for long hours easily without lowering a strength property of a sintering SiC fiber bonded body of a perform. SOLUTION : The structure of ceramic composite material is characterized in that a sintered SiC fiber bonded body is covered with a layer containing rare earth oxide as a main ingredient, a first layer consists of at least one kind of rare earth oxide showed by the general formula : RE2Si2O7 or RE2SiO5 (RE in the formula shows a rare earth metallic element selected from among the group of Y, Yb, Er, Ho, Dy), and a second layer consists of eutectic crystal generated with combination of >=2 metallic oxides and containing at least one kind of rare earth element showed by the general formula : RE3Al5O12 or REAlO3 (RE in the formula shows a rare earth metallic element selected from among the group of Y, Yb, Er, Ho, Dy, Gd, Sm, Nd, Lu).
