PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a transparent conductive thin film composed of a metal film and an oxide film and highly resistant to moisture and chemical attack, not containing an In metal that is a rare metal and poisonous, wherein the oxide film is composed of elements that are inexpensive and rich in terms of resource, and to provide a transparent conductive film using the same. SOLUTION : The transparent conductive film is composed of a metal film that is made of silver or an alloy predominantly composed of silver, and an amorphous Zn-Sn-O-base oxide film predominantly composed of Sn, Zn and O, the oxide film being provided on both surface of the metal film.
