Pavement with earth and recycled concrete

PURPOSE : Pavement materials made from earth and recycled concrete are provided, which radiate far-infrared ray to improve human health, consume waste concrete to reduce pollutions, and save manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION : Pavement materials comprises 45 to 65%% by weight of recycled aggregates, 20 to 40%% by weight of earth, 10%% by weight of cement, 5%% by weight of waterproof material solution comprising 8%% by weight of waterproof agent and 92%% by weight of water. The recycled aggregates are prepared by crushing waste concrete in a Jaw Crusher, passing them through aggregates selector, and then removing foreign substances by fan. The earth contains 10%% by weight of moisture and it has particle size of 100 mesh. © KIPO 2007
