PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an electroluminescent device having an improved conversion efficiency by using a rare earth complex-based phosphor, a high luminance and excellent preservability, and to provide a color conversion filter having an improved conversion efficiency by using a rare earth complex-based phosphor, a high luminance and excellent preservability.SOLUTION : The electroluminescent device contains a light-emitting material and a rare earth complex-based phosphor absorbing emitted light of the light-emitting material to emit a light having an extreme light-emitting wavelength different from the extreme light-emitting wavelength of the light-emitting material.
