PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a flexible sheet-like magnet excellent in a heat resistance, a water resistance and a chemical resistance, in which no magnetic powder is uncoupled from a front surface, and any crack, crazing, hair crack, and albinism or the like are hard to occur at a sheet when the sheet is bent. SOLUTION : The sheet-like magnet is constituted by arranging elastomer sheets 1, 2 on a front surface of a magnetic base material 2 containing rare earth magnetic powder and heat-hardened elastic gel.
