PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnet which is excellent in magnetic properties/heat resistance, and can be made into a suitable ring shape or a cylindrical shape and reduced in weight.
SOLUTION : Neodymium-iron-boron based, samarium-iron-nitrogen based or the like rare-earth magnet powder is formed arcuately by a powder metallurgical process, sintered at a high temperature and formed arcuately, and the four arcuate magnets 2 are arranged in a mold at intervals. A melted synthetic resin material made of a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin containing glass fiber is insert-molded by an injection machine to allow the arcuate magnets 2 to be engaged with the synthetic resin body 3 without possibility of separation from each other to be integrally formed annularly.
