PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To stabilize the amount of earth and sand filled into a bag body; to prevent pollution of a working area caused by a leakage of water-containing earth and sand from a connection part of a pump and the bag body during filling of the water-containing earth and sand into the bag body, or after completing the filling. SOLUTION : Equipment for carrying out dewatering by filling the water-containing earth and sand into the water-permeable bag body 9 with a cylindrically projected injection port part 9i, and permeating water outside the bag body 9 comprises a pump 8P feeding the water-containing earth and sand under pressure, an injection pipe line 8L communicating with the pump 8P, a discharge port installed in the injection pipe line 8L, and a bag body mounting part 30 detachably connecting the injection port part 9i of the bag body to the discharge port.
