PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To restrain deterioration of the surface condition of rare-earth permanent magnet with time, and maintain good adhesive property for a long time. SOLUTION : Rare-earth permanent magnet 11 makes surface with a packaging member 1 made of a polymer containing an aromatic ring in its molecule. The polymer is preferably polyester, for example, or polyethylene terephthalate. Metal coating is formed on the surface of the rare-earth permanent magnet 11 by means of nickel plating, etc.. The surface for bonding of the rare-earth permanent magnet 11 is brought into surface contact with the packaging member 1. Preferably, the packaging members 1 are piled up one on another so as to close the apertures of the packaging members, and the whole of the heaped packaging members 1 is covered with a film 31, and the inside of the film 31 is vacuumed.
