PURPOSE : A construction waste recycling apparatus which can stably supply stone powder and gravel required in the building construction while economically supplying natural sand that is insufficient due to the excessive collecting operation by crushing and sorting construction waste and classifying and sorting earth and sand, stone powder, and gravel, thereby recycling the classified and sorted earth and sand, stone powder, and gravel is provided. CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for recycling of construction waste comprises : a first crusher(10) for crushing construction waste into a predetermined size or less; a magnetic rotary roll(20) installed in front of the first crusher, and to which at least one magnetic is adhered to attach or detach a reinforcing rod existing in a construction waste transported by a transfer means(12); a first sorter for discharging earth and sand with predetermined sizes and collecting alien substances with low specific gravities from construction waste transported by a transfer means(14), and sending sorted construction waste with a predetermined size by a transporting means; a second crusher(40) for crushing the construction waste into a predetermined size or less; a second sorter(50) for discharging stone powder with a predetermined size and collecting alien substances with low specific gravities from the construction waste transported from the second crusher by a transfer means(16), and sending construction waste with a predetermined size; a third sorter(70) for discharging recycled aggregate with a predetermined size or less and collecting alien substances with low specific gravities from the construction waste transported from the second sorter by a transfer means, and sending construction waste with a predetermined size or more; and a transporting means(60) for transporting construction waste with a predetermined size or more from the third sorter to the second crusher. © KIPO 2007
