Method for synthesizing noble metal nanoparticles

PURPOSE : A method for preparation of noble metal nano particles is provided to form the nano particles with uniform size, to adjust the size of the particles and the distance between metal layers. CONSTITUTION : The method for formation of rare metal nano particles is any one selected from : (a) depositing a rare metal film(3) on a substrate, applying an insulating precursor to the film and heat curing the laminate; (b) coating a substrate(1) with an insulating precursor, depositing a rare metal film on the coated substrate and heat curing the laminate; (c) coating a substrate with an insulating precursor, depositing a rare metal film on the coated substrate, applying again the insulating precursor to the deposited substrate and heat curing the laminate; and (d) coating a substrate with an insulating precursor, depositing a rare metal film on the substrate, applying again the insulating precursor to the deposited substrate, repeating all these processes to form a multi-lamination structure and heat curing the structure. © KIPO 2007
