PURPOSE : An apparatus for treating lens edging water is provided to recycle waste water generated by lens edging for reducing water consumption and filter impurities such as heavy metals by a filtering net to discharge the waste water with rare pollutant components. CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for treating lens edging water includes a water collecting part(110), a filtering part(130) and a supply part(120), wherein all the parts are mounted in a portable housing mounted with wheels. The water collecting part is connected to an outlet pipe of a lens edging machine(200) for collecting lens edging water through a waste water inlet pipe and temporarily storing the same in a collecting case. The collecting case surrounds an impeller for collecting pollutants having small particles by centrifugal force. The filtering part filters pollutants by a fine filtering net from the waste water, which is preliminarily filtered in the water collecting part. The filtered water is re-supplied to the lens edging machine through the water supply part. © KIPO 2007
