PURPOSE : A catalytic composition containing Ga components for purifying exhaust gas of a combustion engine is provided to add Ga components to precious metal components including palladium for improving denitrification of exhaust gas and oxidation of HC and CO. CONSTITUTION : In a catalytic composition containing Ga components for purifying exhaust gas of a combustion engine, precious metal components including palladium and metal components including Ga are immersed into a supporting scaffold for improving the discharge of NOx. The catalytic composition contains oxygen storing components selected from a group consisting of alkaline earth metal components, alkaline metal components, and rare earth metal components. © KIPO 2007
