The harrow comprises a row of wheels with an outer ring and spokes (3). Clod-breaking plates (4) are mounted between the wheels. These face backwards and are attached to sloping arms (2). The distance between the wheels and plates corresponds to the largest diameter of clods which can be broken up and the edges of the plates have cutting edges.
