PURPOSE : A producing method of Echinosophora koreensis by bud culture is provided to produce a large quantity of Echinosophora koreensis, so that the rare genetic source of Echinosophora koreensis is preserved and proliferated. CONSTITUTION : The producing method of Echinosophora koreensis comprises the steps of : inducing the stem by bud culturing the axillary bud fragments of Echinosophora koreensis in hardened DKW medium with sucrose and gelite; treating the induced stem with cytokinin in DKW medium treated with BA(6-Benzylaminopurine) or BA and TDZ(thidiazuron) to proliferate the stem; treating the proliferated stem with auxin to induce the root; and acclimating the redifferentiated young plant and transferring the acclimated young plant into the soil. © KIPO 2007
