PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a molding device in a magnetic field, wherein operability is improved so as to increase the efficiency of a set up change work, further, molding is performed in a more uniform environment, and a plurality of ring-shaped magnets can be obtained without deteriorating their magnetic properties and dimensional precision; and to provide a die and a method for producing rare earth sintered magnets. SOLUTION : Cavities 100 are arranged on a plurality of concentric circles, thus a plurality of ring-shaped magnets can be obtained. Further, shafts 80 provided at each of the plurality of cavities 100 are integrated into a mortar body 70 by a shaft holder 41, and as a result, when the shape and dimensions of the molded body to be formed change, and a set up change must be performed, the operability is improved. Further, a ring-shaped magnetic substance 90 is provided at a position close to the cavity 100 on the concentric circle far from the center of the magnetic field than the cavity 100 on the concentric circle near the center of the magnetic field, and the magnetic field intensity acting on the cavities 100 on the plurality of concentric circles with different distances from the center of the magnetic field is made uniform.
