PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite laminated ceramic electronic part which is hardly delaminated and deformed at the interface in a practicable material, can be baked at a low temperature, and can achieve a low dielectric loss suitable for high frequency applications. SOLUTION : The composite laminated ceramic electronic part is prepared by laminating a high dielectric constant layer and at least one low dielectric constant layer. The high dielectric constant layer comprises a high dielectric constant material mainly containing a BaO-TiO2 -ReO3/2 -based dielectric expressed by a general formula xBaO-yTiO2 -zReO3/2 (wherein x, y, z denotes mol%, 8<=x<=18, 52<=y<=65 and 20<=z<=40, and x+y+z=100; and Re denotes rare earth elements) and a first glass composition as main components, and has a relative dielectric constant εr of 20 or more. The low dielectric constant layer comprises a low dielectric constant material comprising a composite of ceramics and a second glass composition, and has a relative dielectric constant εr of 10 or less.
