PURPOSE : A foam fill-up material comprising alkali-metal or alkali-earth metal compound which is applicable to constructional structures and a construction method for a structure by using the same are provided to give excellent foaming ability and to fill up a space with small amount of cement by comprising alkali metal or alkali-earth metal compounds as well as typical raw substances such as cement, glass powder and/or beads, corrosible metal ingredients. CONSTITUTION : The foam fill-up material includes : (a) 100wt. parts of cement based on solid content; (b) 10 to 500wt. part of organic powder or bead; (c) 1 to 500wt. parts of alkali metal based or alkali-earth metal based compound; (d) 1 to 500wt. parts of metal powder; and (e) 10 to 500wt. parts of water. The material further includes 10 to 500wt. parts of filler which is selected from a group consisting of a mixture of glass bead and powder, calcium carbonate(CaCO3), calcium sulfide, barium sulfide, white clay, dix clay, yellow clay, ash and silica(SiO2). The glass powder or bead has particle diameter of 10 micrometers to 1 mm. © KIPO 2007
