SOLUTION : In the substance including negatively charged oxygen atoms, the negatively charged oxygen atoms are comprised by ≥1×1019 pieces/cm3, at least one kind of rare earth element forms a solid solution in calcium aluminate, and 12CaO-7Al2O3 in which the lattice constant by a powder X-ray diffraction measurement process is 1.1985 to 1.2010 nm is comprised by ≥80 vol.%.
