PURPOSE : A Fe-based nano crystalline alloy manufactured using cast iron and a method for manufacturing the Fe-based nano crystalline alloy are provided.CONSTITUTION : A Fe-based nano crystalline alloy manufactured using cast iron has a composition of the general formula of Fe100-a-b-c-d-e-f-gAlaCbBcSidCueMfIg, where the M is Y or at least one element selected from rare earth elements, the I is at least one elements selected from Mn, Cr, P, S and O, and the a, b, c, d, e, f, and g are respectively, by atomic percent, 5.5<=a<=11.0, 4.0<=b<=8.5, 10.5<=c<=17.0, 1.5<=d<=5.5, 0.3<=e<=1.3, 0.1<=f<=2.0, and 0.1<=g<=1.0. The Fe-based nano crystalline alloy formed in a phase comprising α-Fe. The α-Fe is formed of a plurality of nanocrystals. The nanocrystals have a size of 13 to 17 nm.
