A mat for a pet animal is provided to achieve the cold/thermal insulation function, the simple portability, and the easy washing characteristics. The mat for a pet animal comprises : a mat cover(10), in lateral side of which a first zipper(11) and a first zipper rail(12) are installed, and an inner mat member(30), which is inserted into the mat cover(10) in such a manner that it is separated from the latter(10), and in lateral side of which a second zipper and a second zipper rail are installed. The inner mat member(30) includes : a surface layer(31), forming upper and lower sides and lateral sides; a cushion layer(32), having a determined elastic performance; and an insulation layer(33), having a cold or thermal insulation function.
