PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite for a bond magnet which can respond to reduction in the size and thickness of a product by avoiding faulty formation, to provide its manufacturing method, and also to provide a rotor magnet and brushless motor which can keep superior magnetic characteristics. SOLUTION : The composite for a bond magnet contains rare earth-transition metal-system magnetic power (A), a resin binder (B), and a polymeric lubricant (C). The resin binder (B) contains at least one kind, selected among polymerized fatty-acid polyamide block copolymers (B-1) or polymerized fatty-acid polyeter ester amide block copolymers (B-2), while the polymeric lubricant (C) consists of at least one kind of polymer, selected among copolymers of olefin and (meth) acrylic acid or its acid anhydride, its copolymeric ionomer, and graft polymers which are polymers made by graft polymerization of a (meth)acrylic acid or acid anhydride with polyolefin.
