PURPOSE : Provided is a composition for a wooden floor panel, which has excellent electron wave-protecting and -absorbing activities, electroconductivity and thermal conductivity, and beautiful appearance. CONSTITUTION : The composition for a wooden floor panel comprises : a coating composition containing natural lacquer tree extract and ethanol in the ratio of 1 : 4; about 0.3-0.8 parts by weight of carbon fiber having a length of 3 mm to 10 mm; and 1-3 part by weight of magnesia-carbon based waste graphite material discharged from a steel manufacturing process in an ironwork, or graphite having a carbon content of 99 parts by weight or more. The composition has a surface-to-surface resistivity and surface-to-earth resistivity of 2.5 X 10¬4 to 1.0 X 10¬6 ohms.
