PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dry premixed mortar composition, which never causes efflorescence on the application surface of mortar, without being affected by the formulation of the mortar composition, application conditions and the like. SOLUTION : This dry premixed mortar uses alumina cement as a cement. One embodiment of the dry premixed mortar composition is composed of an alumina cement, a fine aggregate and a chemical admixture. Another embodiment of the dry premixed mortar composition is composed of an alumina cement, a light weight aggregate or an ordinary aggregate as the fine aggregate, a re-emulsification type resin powder, a thickener, a setting- and curing-time modifier, a water reducer, a reinforcing short fiber, a VOC (volatile organic compounds) remover and an antibacterial material.
