PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for enhancing both the output and the efficiency of a motor by using a rare earth bond magnet in a coreless motor. SOLUTION : Rotor core of a motor is formed by molding powder material, the molding has a bond magnet portion principally comprising a bonding material and magnet powder and a soft magnetic portion principally comprising a bonding material and soft magnetic powder, and a permanent magnet type rotor is formed using a compression molding means. In such a rotor structure, the bond magnet portion is coupled mechanically with the soft magnetic portion on at least one face of the magnetic pole. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
