PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain an oxygen introduced rare earth activated alkaline earth metal halogen fluoride-based stimulable phosphor with good yield and to provide a radiation image conversion panel having good brightness and structural mottle by using the stimulable phosphor.
