PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the following problems : because an electromagnetic wave torments a person wherever one is, skin of a face or the like dries up; though it is advisable to wash the face, places wherein hot water flows out are rare; moisture is desired to be supplied to the face by abutting a hot, steaming towel on the face; there are often cases where moisture is desired to be supplied to hair, too; and, as a matter of course, a cold moist hand towel is desired in intense heat.
