The invention relates to a process to carry out a thermoelectric element made up mainly of unalliage crystalline having a cubic structure, the alloy comprising a first component having at least unpremier element chosen among metals of transition, a second component at least deuxièmeélément having deuxièmeélément chosen one among the column XIV, XV or XVI of the periodic table, and a third component having aumoins a third element chosen among rare earths, the alkaline ones, the alkaline-earth ones or actinides. The process includes/understands the realization of alloy in the form of nanopoudres by mécanosynthèse. The invention relates to moreover the thermoelectric matter obtained by the implementation of this process.
