PURPOSE : Provided are a blue phosphor for long-middle UV rays which shows a wide range of blue spectrum and whose color purity and brightness can be changed according to the kind of a sensitizer, its preparation method, and a long-middle UV light emitting device containing the phosphor.CONSTITUTION : The blue phosphor comprises Na2O·K2O·Al2O3·SiO2 as a matrix and europium (Eu) or cerium (Ce) as an activator and is represented by (Na_v K_(1-v))_w Al_(2 ±x) Si_(6±y) O_(15±(w+3x+4y)/2) : zRE, wherein v, w, x, y and z represent a mole number; 0
