PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide lightweight planting having high strength and suppressing deterioration in the characteristics of a rare earth magnet. SOLUTION : The planting is used, in a sintering stage for the compact 2 of magnet raw material powder comprising a rare earth element, for mounting the compact 2, and is composed of a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material. For example, a zirconium oxide film is formed on the face to be mounted with the compact 2.
